What areas do you work in?

The majority of our projects and transactions are centered in Northern New Jersey. We will work outside of the area for specific clients.

I own a development lot, what are my next steps?

Email Us! As a client or potential partner, your first step would be an introductory meeting. During the meeting we will completely assess where the project is, your expectations and a framework for moving forward.

My project needs $X to start, can you help?

Our team would only raise capital for a project that we are directly involved with. PCRG would have to be completely comfortable with the underwriting and sponsor prior to contacting any of our investment network.

Do you JV w/ Owners and Larger firms?

PCRG loves to JV with both landowners and larger firms. Larger firms add additional capacity and staffing to our projects and in turn they get access to a local pipeline. Owners connect with us to bring out the full value of their project.

How are you compensated?

Depending on the deal structure, typically we are compensated with a retainer. Compensation also comes in the form of a portion of the Developer’s Fee, Promote and/or Equity.

Do you partner with non-for profits?

Community is everything. Paper City welcomes nonprofits, municipalities and Faith Based Organizations. We can teach and help build capacity during the projects so your organization grows in the process.
